External Account Failure after domain transfer

Hi guys , I have a problem with a Zimbra server 8.0.2_GA_5569 (build 20,121,210,115,059 ) :confused:
Everything worked until the transfer of the domain ( www.xxx.com ) on the new server.
Since the e-mail management was transferred to the new server , the :mad: (POP3 connector) stopped working and gives me the following error:

login credentials are correct .. I also tried to delete the account and recreate it but the error is always the same ... have an idea of ​​how to solve?
