multiple file upload on Zimbra Collaboration Suite Open Source Edition

Hello,

one, perhaps silly question :-)
It is no problem to upload one file over the ZCS, but is it also possible to upload multiple files to the ZCS?
For example I have 20 pdf and 30 .doc and 40 .xls files.
Is there a easy and fast way to upload them to ZCS?
